Dreamer
A light bodied semi-dry white wine made from Vidal Blanc grapes from central and southern Illinois. A floral flavor with just a hint of fresh sweetness, this wine goes fine with a meal or by itself. Best served chilled.

Sour Puss
A semi-sweet white wine from a blend of the Vignoles and La Crescent grapes from our vineyard with flavors of citrus. Don’t let the name fool you, it has just the right balance to make it a refreshing wine. Serve chilled.

Bull Headed
This 2009 vintage is a medium-bodied dry red wine made with IL grown Chambourcin and aged in our first oak barrels. Half of the vintage is aged in American oak and the other half in French oak and then blended but left unfiltered to maximize flavor. Best served at room temperature, it compliments beef, pork and spicy foods.

Little Woody SOLD OUT
An off dry (also referred to as semi-dry) red wine aged with oak. This is blend of Leon Millot and Marcheal Foch from our vineyard and Norton from southern Illinois. The prominent tannins and oak fuse with the rich fruitiness. This is a wine to compliment any hearty meal. Serve at room temperature.

Bashful Ewe
A semi-sweet rosé wine made from Frontenac grapes. Frontenac is a red grape but treated as a white wine. The result is light, refreshing and smooth. It can be enjoyed alone or with a meal. Serve slightly chilled.

Hen Pecked
A semi-sweet red made with the Frontenac grapes grown in our own vineyard and other Illinois vineyards. Fermented with the skins, it is fruity, earthy and vibrant. Serve chilled.

Three Amigos SOLD OUT
A sweet red wine, this is a blend of three different grapes: Concord, Marcheal Foch and Chancellor. The classic Concord grape is the predominant flavor and is what your elders made most of their wine with before or during prohibition. Jam-like and sweet, it's a treat to share among your friends. Serve this wine chilled.

Two Bucking Sweet
