Vino & Vibes Free Music with Stone & Snow

Singer-songwriters Karen Bridges and Clint Thomson have been crafting their unique style of folk-influenced music since 2012. The combination of Bridges' soulful, soaring vocals and Thomson's roots-influenced guitar in their collaborative songwriting results in a folk sound that can only be described as their own.

With a name that gives a nod to the Rocky Mountains, Stone & Snow released their debut album, "These Are The Hills" in 2014.  The music took them on the road to places like the Taste of Chicago and the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee.  In 2016, the duo ran their second successful crowd-funding campaign and released their sophomore album. The new album represents the next level in their journey as songwriters, evolving into a more electric sound while maintaining their folk roots and delving into themes about the ghosts we leave behind, the devils we know, and how to love through the zombie apocalypse.  Check out their website at www.stoneandsnow.com!

Americana fans will find a lot to love in Escaping Pavement.  The acoustic guitar and mandolin crackle together like a mesmerizing bonfire, and their voices blend together like the azure purple and tawny oranges of vibrant sunset…"

Join us for FREE music with Ben Bedford. “Ben has proven himself to be a truly inspired and talented storyteller…” according to Arthur Wood (Maverick). Bedford establishes himself as a songwriter in the tradition of musical icons ranging from Bill Morrissey to Woody Guthrie, casting individual people in the theater of the American landscape. A true son of the heartland, Bedford dips into the deep inkwell of classic American literature and writes with the ‘old soul’ quality of his literary idols, such as John Steinbeck and Toni Morrison. In the past ten years since the release of his first album, Bedford has played his songs for audiences all over the United States hitting notable venues such as The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Folkstage in Chicago, and the Fayetteville Roots Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas. His music has received extensive airplay on folk and roots radio in the U.S., as well as in Europe, taking him overseas on several occasions for concert dates on the continent and in the United Kingdom.

Free Music Sunday with Adrian+Meredith

In a city filled with country cowboys and sit-on-a-stool songwriters, Adrian + Meredith make a different sort of roots racket. More Than A Little, the pair’s debut, finds the East Nashville-based duo putting its own spin on Americana music, roughing up the genre’s edges with the rule-breaking spirit of punk, the vintage twang of old-timey folk, the sneer of rock & roll, and even the frenetic bounce of early Swing and jazz manouche.

The result is a record influenced by the group's time on tour, with songs that celebrate the joy of hitting the highway with your romantic partner ("Birthday Cakes," "Old Midwestern Home"), and examine the darker corners of an entertainment industry that's rarely, if ever, fair ("Bank," "Fixer"). Equal parts defiant and driving, More Than A Little is a rallying cry from two road warriors who, after more than a dozen combined years in the music business, are too smart to play by the industry's rules and too enthralled to turn their backs. It's a love letter to a New Nashville and a call to arms for independent artists with true vision.

Father's Day with Free Music and Food

Treat Dad to Free Music, wine, we have beer too! And some delicious Rosatis Catering!

Rebecca Rego is a singer-songwriter whose music is an Indie-Americana based in Champaign, IL.  Rebecca Rego began the songs on “Lay These Weapons Down” in the middle of a time when she lost trust in so many parts of her personal life.  The paradox of that is through arranging and writing these songs with the Trainmen (Eric Fitts, Matt Yeats) and 13 other close musician friends a new freedom was found and something beautiful was created.

Making “Lay These Weapons Down” has helped us heal and start to trust ourselves in new ways. We hope it does the same for you.

Rosatis catering will be here from Noonish - 5ish PM. Free music plus our Winey Mary Bar, beer, wine, music, food and specialty drinks for everyone to enjoy!

Free Music Sunday with Stone & Snow

Singer-songwriters Karen Bridges and Clint Thomson have been crafting their unique style of folk-influenced music since 2012. The combination of Bridges' soulful, soaring vocals and Thomson's roots-influenced guitar in their collaborative songwriting results in a folk sound that can only be described as their own.

With a name that gives a nod to the Rocky Mountains, Stone & Snow released their debut album, "These Are The Hills" in 2014 after a wildly successful crowd-funding campaign. The album is a monumental collection of fifteen melancholy folk songs on love, loss and exploration amidst the imagery of the landscape to which their name makes reference. The music took them on the road to places like the Taste of Chicago and the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2016, the duo ran their second successful crowd-funding campaign and released their sophomore album. Self-produced in collaboration with David Rossi (former drummer for Chicago-based band, Allister) of Bombsight Recording, the new album represents the next level in their journey as songwriters, evolving into a more electric sound while maintaining their folk roots and delving into themes about the ghosts we leave behind, the devils we know, and how to love through the zombie apocalypse.

"Devil That I Know", their sophomore full-length album, arrived May 6, 2016. Check out their website at www.stoneandsnow.com!

And that's not all, we will be serving up a tasty spread from Rosatis Catering from noon to 4(ish)pm. All that plus our Winey Mary Bar, beer, wine, music, food and specialty drinks for everyone to enjoy! Don't forget it's a Free Music Sunday event!
