White Wines
Dreamer
A light bodied semi-dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from central and southern Illinois. A subtle floral flavor with just a hint of fresh fruit, this wine is fine with a meal or by itself. Best served chilled.
Sour Puss
An aromatic citrusy semi-sweet white wine made from La Crescent grapes from our vineyard and other local vineyards. The acidity and sweetness balances nicely and is a great accompaniment to cheese and fruit. Serve chilled.
Scapegoat
A sweet white wine made from Niagra, Cayuga and LaCrosse grapes. It's white grape juice with a kick. Serve very chilled for maximum pleasure and serve often.
SOL
A sweet dessert wine made from our Vignoles grapes harvested late. The result is a higher alcohol wine (14.25 ABV) and it's packaged in 375 mL bottle. This is a seasonal offering and has limited availability.
Winey Mary
This will make you re-think wine...and your life. Tomatoes and Jalapenos were fermented like any other wine but the result is a white wine that tastes like a very light Bloody Mary. We recommend serving Winey Mary naked on the rocks or adding your favorite Bloody Mary ingredients such as celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, pickle spear etc. and then serve over ice. Also available with our favorite mix, Blood Shot.
Red Wines
Bull Headed
An dry red wine made from Illinois-grown Chambourcin grapes, aged in stainless steel and aged with oak staves. Best served at room temperature, try it with a hearty meal.
Calavera con Gato
A smooth, lightly oaked dry red wine made from 100% Noiret grapes. Features a label from our Artisan Label Series, "Calavera con Gato" by Lisa Kesler. Made in a very small batch so is very limited. *
Little Woody
Aged in stainless steel with oak, it's a semi-dry blend of Leon Millot, Marcheal Foch and Rougeon grapes from our vineyard. Vanilla mixed with dark fruit, it's quite a delicious option for a drier red. This is a small batch wine and availability is limited.
Hen Pecked
A semi-sweet red wine made from Frontenac grapes. Fermented with the skins, it has tannin & hints of cherry. Served chilled. $6 glass /$16 Bottle /$172.80 Case*
Bashful Ewe
A light, semi-sweet rosé made from red Frontenac grapes. Perfect for sipping or pairing with a meal. Served chilled, it goes down easy and can sneak up on you quick.

Grape juice with a kick. A sweet, jam-packed red wine made from Concord & Marcheal Foch and Frontenac. Our best seller! You won't want to share with your friends so buy two for you and one for them.
Thin Blue Line
This wine is made completely from blueberries, with subtle, blended aromas and big sweet blueberry flavors, with hints of blackberry and clove. Velvety going down, with a smooth, lingering finish. Features a label from our Artisan Label Series, "Thin Blue Line" by Jake Lockard.
Pasión
Pasión wine features our home-grown Frontenac grapes with a dose of dark chocolate in a sweet red wine. Our Frontenac contributes its ususal solid, crisp, fresh fruit base, with considerable black cherry, red cherry, and raspberry aromas.
Wine specialty items may also be available to sample and purchase in the tasting room: Wine slushy, sangria and seasonal mulling spices.
